The trams disappeared from the streets of Madrid on 2 June 1972. The last two tram lines in service, the 70 Plaza Castilla - San Blas and the 77 Pueblo Nuevo - Ciudad Pegaso, stopped serving the people of Madrid.

The Citadis belongs to a family of low-floor trams built by Alstom available in versions with three, five and seven modules.
This MOC of the Alstom Citadis Tramway is made up of three modules representing the exit from a tunnel and includes the necessary tracks and catenary supported by small gantries and posts located on the sides of the track.
We present two designs of this tram, the first design is made with the corporate colour of the company TRAM Barcelona (DML-3008), using white pieces on the lower sides, upper side and front in green.
The second design is made in the corporate colour of the company Metro Ligero de Madrid (DML-3003), with the sides in blue, white and red and the roof is black with upper edges in a mixture of colours.
All the doors can be opened manually and are black and white with small grey details.
