• All MOC sets include assembly instructions in pdf format, the file can be downloaded using the QR code on the inside of the box.
• Optionally, you can download only the assembly instructions in PDF format and customize the exterior colour.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING COSTS

METHOD OF PAYMENT

• With the PayPal option you can pay for the model in three instalments, it is a very interesting service offered directly by PayPal (check the conditions).
• If you wish to pay by bank transfer, during the payment process you will find the account number to which you must make the payment, do not forget to indicate the name and reference of the model in the concept.
• You can also pay personally in cash when you pick up your order in a partner shop, this payment method is available for models with an amount equal to or less than 1.000€.

DELIVERY TIME

• Before any MOC product is shipped, all parts are checked to ensure that none are missing and are packed in bags inside each cardboard box.
• Delivery times are approximate and do not include collection time by the delivery driver, from the time he collects the package from the warehouse to delivery and check-in at the logistics centre, this time is usually 1-2 working days.
• Products in stock made with GOBRICKS parts can be delivered in 2-3 working days if payment is made by PayPal. 
• If payment is made by bank transfer, the delivery time is more than 5 days.
• If the MOC has to be made in another colour or with LEGO® pieces, it will be delivered in 30-40 working days.
• If you prefer to pick up the package in person, we have the option ‘COLLECTION IN ASSOCIATED STORE’ at JUGUETERÍA ÁNGEL, located in Carabanchel (next to Metro de Oporto, line 5 and 6). 
• To do so, you have to call us or send a Whatsapp to 600611994 indicating the order number and when you will pick it up.
• Orders are sent as standard by MAIL, for urgent orders they will be sent by EXPRESS MAIL.
• Maquetas DIMALE® undertakes to reduce delivery times as far as possible, as shipping conditions differ according to geographical location.
  The standard delivery time for mainland Spain is 2-3 working days maximum.
• For urgent items, there will be shipment via Correos Express with a maximum of 5 working days, counting from the confirmation of receipt of the order.
• For now we do not ship internationally, it is possible that in a few months this shipping option will be operational.
  We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• In periods of high sales volume, delivery times may be longer than usual.

DELIVERY PRICES

• As a general rule, standard domestic delivery is free of charge (delivery area mainland Spain).
  We ship to Europe, on the page ‘Payment and shipping’ you can consult the updated shipping costs, according to the different options available.
• In shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the European Union, the cost of Customs, Duties and Taxes is not included, the buyer must pay it at the destination.
• The sale of the products available in the shop is ultimately limited to the European Union, being applicable extra costs for shipments outside the territory of mainland Spain.

ORDERS

• Maquetas DIMALE® reserves the right to cancel and refund orders at any time due to lack of availability, extraordinary causes or any other situation that hinders or prevents the sale of the product.
• Orders are prepared in the afternoon from 4pm onwards and will be processed within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment or confirmation of the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION, RETURN OF ORDER AND GUARANTEE

CANCELLING AN ORDER

• The order may be cancelled within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of payment, the Customer must send an email to info@dimale.store indicating their wish to cancel the order and the MOC reference.
• The amount paid will be refunded by Bank Transfer or PayPal.

RETURN OF THE ORDER

• To return a product due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused in the shipment, the customer must process the return within 15 days in case of withdrawal of the purchase (provided that the packaging of the article has not been opened) and must send photographs to demonstrate the state. 
• The cost of the return shipment in case of cancellation will be paid by the buyer.
• In the event that the set of parts of the article is incomplete, the seller will try to supply the buyer with the missing parts, counting the shipment as a new order for the purposes of deadlines and at no cost to the buyer.
• MOC sets made with optional parts of a different colour or with original LEGO® brand parts selected by the Customer cannot be returned as they are an exclusive product ordered for that Customer.
• The assembly instructions are non-refundable as they are a digital file in PDF format.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

• Products marketed using original or compatible parts are guaranteed for two years, in the event of misuse by the Customer due to knocks, improper handling or breakage, the guarantee is void.
